Meet Louise Hill

Louise works closely with farming families to facilitate succession planning in a way that is thoughtful, practical and grounded in real experience.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws with Distinction and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and is a Member of the Queensland Law Society. Louise is also a Certified Practising Accountant, with a Bachelor of Business in Professional Accounting and membership with CPA Australia.

Louise continues to contribute to the agribusiness industry through her roles on the boards of Cotton Seed Distributors and Mallawa Irrigation Ltd, maintaining a strong connection to the farming sector and the communities she works within.

Her strength lies in her ability to work with families in a genuine and relatable way, explaining complex matters in plain language and helping people feel more comfortable as they move through the process.

Having spent much of her life in regional and rural Australia, including involvement in her own family agribusiness and years advising rural clients as an accountant and lawyer, Louise brings a well-rounded perspective to succession planning. She understands both the business and the family dynamics involved, and the importance of approaching each situation with care and respect.

Louise is known for her calm and considered approach, supporting families to work through important decisions and conversations in a way that feels steady and manageable.
